Last week lloyd emailed me saying my heads were done, i went ahead and paid him the remaining balance and havent heard anything from him. I really wanna get started on the install!

Anyone talked to him?

 

he's got family issues going on right now, so things may be a little slow. I beleive his mom has a malignant tumor or something of the sort.

 

His mother is very ill so he might be a bit slow to respond but he will send them out as soon as he can I'm sure.

 

I'm sure they are either sent out or he's finishing things up, I just talked to him 2 days ago & he told me about his mom & that he's prolly going to stick to doing 1 set of heads a week for the next 4 weeks or so because he wants to spend as much time with his mom as possible, I feel for him, good people like that shouldn't have to go through so much pain, no matter what I to him.

Lloyd's mother has been quite ill for some time. He devotes a good deal of his time lately taking her for weekly treatments and physician appointments. The treatments can take almost a whole day just in themselves.

If he doesn't get right back, it's because he may have more pressing things on his mind at the moment. You will not find a nicer nor more reliable person than Lloyd. We are all tremendously lucky to have someone whom we can count on that will is honest and provides a good value to his customers.

Just put yourself in the same position and have a little patience considering the circumstance.

 

Well said gents. Lloyd is a stand up guy, and going through some very bad times right now. A little patience would go a long way here. No one deserves it more. I'm sure if their done, you will be getting them shortly.

 

does Lloyd have a website? also sorry to here about his mom, my mom has cancer also so i know what he's going through. she's only 47.

From the way everyone talks about him he seems like one of the most reputable people on this site

I just got my heads and intake from him last week, someone else on here just got theirs back a few days prior to that. He's been extraordinarily helpful and patient with me and all the off the wall questions I've had throughout the process. I'm sure he'll still be answering any questions I have later on.

Customer service at its finest. Lloyd is a stand up guy.
