Anyone else ever had this problem when installing juice?

So I was installing the spray plate for my nitrous that I'm puttin on my stroked LT1 , and went to bolt the TB back on and realized it wouldn't line up. I noticed the the IAC doesn't clear the water neck! So after much thought I decided to take the IAC off and see how thing's ran.... Well you never realize how much that thing does until it's off. But anyways my question is has anyone else ran into this issue? and what did you do about it?

Yup! I had to use a hand file and file down the IAC housing until it would clear. It's not fun at all. I would file on it a while and then trial fit it over and over. I ended up having to file down the backside of the T-stat housing a little too. Be careful.
