About the coating for MY pacesetters...honestly...I thought it was crap "quicky job" I dont think any prep work or cleaning was done prior to coating. I had clusters of tiny sand size blisters on areas that I did not care for at all. But mostly good, its just when things like that are present bad/crap by default IMO.

But you put them in there and really cant see those small type imprefections anyway on lower tube sections of the header so whatever I got over it

I was concerned with keeping the wires protected also with the numerous posts "burnt wires on headers" I got the 1200 degree fire sleeves they are great and looking too.
On certain boots I reused the factory metal boot protectors also call me parinoid
Talking with a guy at Thunder R. at the time of plugs wire purchase. Was saying OTV was not required.Lots get by with the factory configuration.I still opted for the OTV though.
One other thing I wanted before install, knowing that Pacesetters are a slip fit collector, was the Sure Seal sheetmetal type band clamps(found at Colemans) instead of unsing the regular type clamp they will supply.

You gonna love that sound buddy
