Question Anyone with a 224/230 cam?

hey guys - few questions about the XE 224/230:

Anyone wish the went bigger?
any quarter times or dyno sheets with heads? AFR heads even?
what do these cams like to spin to?
would 30# injectors be advisable? or aftermarket fuel pressure regulator? both?
would stock-ish Autozone replacement lifters do OK with this cam?

Just having a hard time deciding what cam i want. After that I'm thinking of going with AFR LT4 210 or 220cc ported heads (much later of course) and ported LT4 intake.

I may not even do that - I'm seeing a lot of the LT1 head technology coming out today and its pretty cool, so I may sit on the idea of getting heads for a while.

thanks!

Had. Only reason I changed was I needed a new shortblock, and thought I'd go big. I personally loved the power curve from that cam, the car was just a beast anywhere and everywhere. Dyno Sheet with JPR ported LT1 heads here. That was through a Random Tech cat and cat back, no cutout (ASM headers).
