Anybody got a link to a fuel pump install (dropping rear and tank, no cutting)???

I have a walbro 340 I'm waiting to install. I just wanted to know what to expect and how long to expect it to take before I attack the install. Anybody got an install guide I can read up on??

I'm in the middle of mine, but I'm going to a rail mounted pump outside the tank.

What you want to know is how long and what needs to come out. Well the rear suspension has to come out. Panhard bar, control arms, lower shock mounts disconnected from the rear. One of the brake line connections has to be removed to get the rear out. springs have to come out and so does the sheet metal covering the fuel tank. The left rear fender liner has to come out as does the plastic shell around the filler neck.

Assuming you only have weekends like me plan on Saturday to come out and Sunday to go back in. If you have the money, you might want to consider replacing some things while your there.
The panhard bar and LCA's come to mind

The rear suspension does not need to come out.

Exhaust dropped, disconnect the fill tube, disconnect the straps holding the gas tank then drop it down as far as it will go.

My buddy who is smaller than me was able to get between the tank and the body and pull everything out.
