I doubt it's the WP. I bet you have another issue somewhere else. Have you tried to flush the raditor and make sure there is no bubbles in the system?

I was having the same problem. It turned out that my ground wire to the water pump was cut by the fan. Also, my heater core went out before that and it was overheating because of that too. Just do a thorough check of all things in the cooling system, then confuse yourself if you still have to.

I would agree something else. The EWP is rated at higher GPM than stock. Try a 160 stat (should still check out system)

It flows higher than a mechanical AT IDLE but at high rpms the mechanical will move more, not saying this is his peoblem just thought you left out an important detail. Not that I think high GMP is important at high rpms anyway beccause how long will you be at those rpms anyway before snity makes you lift.

I have to agree look for cooling system issues maybe a mild cleaner like RMI-25 it is not harsh so no worries about it attacking anything. Also I am not completely familiar with the 93s setup but what temp are the fans set to come on at and are they working properly? Have to rember they could be 12 years old, I had one getting weak on my car and a new Seimens motor was only like $20 for it and clean the ground connections for them as well again 12 year old car grounds can and will begin to need attention.
