Any problems with only having one high flow cat ?

hey guys I have a question. I think my passenger side cat is clogged . If I were to replace it with the highflow catco replacement would it have any ill effects on the car and would it horribly unequalize backpressure between the two banks ???

I dont like the idea of having a difference in power between cylinders. The stock cats dont flow all that bad so i dont think you would notice a difference but why not change em both while you're at it. They don't cost all that much and since one clogged, the other is probably clogged somewhat as well.
