Antifreeze leak back of engine

I just replaced the water pump and now antifreeze is leaking from the back of the engine where the transmission butts up against the engine block. Any ideas where the leak could be coming from?

Could be coming from the steam tube connections at the back of the heads.

It could be coming form the steam tube or it could be a freeze plug with hole, that what my 3.4 did before i swaped it

Is there any way you can get a mirror back there to look at the steam tube? That's where mine was leaking at. I pulled it off and replaced it with a spare I had and made sure the mating surface was smooth and clean, and that the special bolts were clean as well.
