ANOTHER Weird Issue

My luck with this car is basically non-existent. I'm really to the point of selling it as soon as I fix it this time.

I've been having trouble getting the car to shift into 3rd (A4 car), at WOT it wouldn't at all, at normal throttle it would wait waayyy too long to shift. Well tonight I was driving it and when it went to shift into 2nd it just died. Bumped it to neutral and got it to crank back, door buzzer cuts on, wont stop, then I notice the volt gauge isn't working, then the tach drops (car is still running fine), then the speedometer, then the oil pressure gauge. Basically my entire cluster stopped working, car was still running fine. I pull over, check the belt and its fine, check the connections on the battery, and its fine. Get back inside and notice my heater isn't working, the radio however works fine. Well when driving it home when I'd get about 1/4 throttle it would start cutting out, as long as I was below that it did fine, then when I'd let off the gas it was like the car went into neutral it would just coast, it would also miss slightly at an idle. It is also being EXTREMELY sloppy on shifting, like it doesn't know when. It'll shift at 800, then at 1400 drop back down, then shift again by 1800, and so on. I've searched on several other sites, and I'm completely stumped. Any help is extremely appreciated.

Check all fuses and ground wires. Check the wires that are near the headers too.
It could be all electrical, I know when one of the near the throttle body (TPS mabye) is unplugged/not working it will make the trans shift pretty weird.

Ok checked this morning, all grounds look good, but the gauge fuse was blown. Replaced it, and it worked fine... until I cut the switch off. Cut it back on and it blew it again. I also noticed tonight that when this happens my fan (hardwired) will only run for a few seconds upon cutting the switch on, before it cuts off. Any ideas?

The ignition switch, sorry for the confusion. I guess I'll start tracing wires tomorrow till I find the problem.
