another stumble question

Ok I was just reading up on that last post with the whole progressive stumbling issue. Heres mine. I know my wire is burnt and i Have to replace that tomorrow so I'll see if that does it. The only thing i'm concerned about is that I through a ses light and the last time i checked obd1 doesnt throw a code for a cylinder misfire. Once I got the heads back on the car was running nice and strong for about 20 min and thats when the wire burnt and the problems began. So as of right now i'm thinking it's the wire causing all the problems but the code has me a little skeptical. What do you guys think?
