Back in September I did an LT4 conversion and went with the Hooker long tubes and a Mufflex Ypipe installed in which the tech took all day to line up everything just right so no components would rattle. Well my worst fears came true, for the lonest time I've been trying to narrow down this annoying rattle well yesterday I found out where it was comming from. It's comming from the left side slip tube primary, now I don't want to tack weld it so what is your fix to this? Can I put a band clamp on it to quiet it down. I really don't want to put hi temp silicone on it either. Also, what size clamp can I use.
