I just installed my new Aluminium intake elbow and it's like night and day. The throttle response is improved and the hesitation that i had up top is gone.

What else should i match with this elbow for just a little bit more kick? Thanks, Nick

What's your price range? If you're wanting performance, and have some $$ laying around, I would say some Jet Hot LT's. If you want better traction, I would say get some LCA's. You can get the chromoly from BMR for about $130ish. They helped my traction alot. Or you could go RR's. It would help to have headders though you still would notice the difference.

I have yet to look inside the elbow, dunno why. But anyways if there was some restriction couldn't you literally gut it with a knife? I'm assuming its all plastic

 

I bought the Vortec One from Summit...

I don't just have some extra cash laying around, i am just looking for another good mod that i can make for relatively cheap. This thing made alot of difference cause my old eblow was leaking.

I was thinking a 3" Maf maybe or something else...that is why i asked.

I like the header idea, but i am waiting on those until i finish my motor build. (the one i have not even gotten a block for yet LOL)
