alternator removal, where to get !AC pulley

i have searched and not found any how-to's on to take out the alternator. i know there are a few bolts but how does the belt come off? I don't know what the tensioner looks like or where it is. any how to's with pictures would be really helpful. i was able to do drivers side plugs w/out removing anything in about thirty minutes, but i can't get to the passenger side plugs.

also, who sells the a/c delete pulley?
thanks

Look at the belt routing guide on the plastic piece over the radiator. You'll see which one is the tensioner, and also which way it goes.

The AC delete pulley is sold by GM, ask for the AC delete pulley from the 1LE cars. I sure someone will chime in with the part number.

is $44.00 a good price for the pulley (chevy-parts-for-less.com)?
