Hey Am I assembling this right? From Left to right on the pic is how I put it together and i fired up they car and it started to make a high pictched grinding because the fins are hitting on the alt!! Help PLease

 

That looks correct.

I had an alternator done that before, I think it ended up being the bearing going bad in it.
