Alright someone help me decide!!(modding)

I was looking at getting a bike and more then likely still will.

But right now i was looking at modding the car some. Friend told me that he could get me performance parts cheap and pretty much everything else i can think so. Even a bad *** paint job for a couple hundred.

The think is his uncle just opened a performance shop and he is the assistant manager.

He said he could get me just about anything i could think of and if they didn't have it they could order it.

He also said his uncle had a turbo he was trying to sell right now and it had up to 14 pounds of boost and atleast 100 hp and he might sell it to me for around 800 bucks. IF I DO buy this what should i look for and i'm obviously going to find out more about it.

But besides that what do you guys think i should spend my money on. Maybe looking at about 1000-1500 depending on how much i feel like spending.

Paint job because my front and back bumps have spider marks?

Cam If so what kind?? Trying to find something that is a lil more aggrasive then the hot cam was thinking LT4 cam kit maybe? or what do you suggest. I will have to still pass emissions

Headers? Shorties or Long? BTW can i get long tubes and still pass emissions all the way. I'm in Texas BTW

intake

a nice remote alarm/starter?

Your suggestions on other stuff....

I was going to try to stay away from mods that i cant switch to another car since im thinking about selling this car and getting another LT1 with m6 and t-tops, since i like the idea of picking my own gear and hate the throttle response of the auto.

your engine wont last very long with 14lbs of boost,
my suggestion is do headers, 2800 stall, and drag radials

So i should stay away from the turbo??

I know there is noway im going to be able to run 14 pounds of boost on stock internals but if i do i'll prob be around 4-6 i think is what it was safe to run.

I am also looking for the best bang for the buck when it comes to power adding and thought about getting a stall and tires but if i'm planning on getting another car thats an m6 i wouldn't be able to use the stall and i already order some cheap kumho's 712 esta supra's to go on my car because it already needs new tires and i have 235's on there right now that are 63 bucks each

Besides that what kind of headers also what about emissions, should i post about that in the Texas f-body forum? Was also thinking about a cam kit that comes with rr's and wanted that loppy idle.

Manly looking for something to get me into the 12's quick and easy and not kill my engine, and NO im not looking at Nitrous , even though im know someone i still going to post it after i said that lol.
BTW this is a daily driver

combination motorsports level 1 4L60E tranny, transgo level 3 shift kit, tranny cooler, 2800 Vigilante stall.

my stock A4 lasted for 2 WOT runs after i did the heads/cam then it went KAPOOHE

its very streetable and driveability is great.

if you want bang for the buck and dont mean literally, stay away from the turbo
do your normal routine boltons, intake, exhaust, tires yadda yadda then spray it 100-150 shot maybe remove some dead weight also
bang for the buck= nitrous, just dont get crazy with it, take necessary precautions and wreap the rewards
