Well, it's official. I'm a dumba$$.
It was raining pretty heavy here in south Alabama earlier this week, and the drain got clogged in the parking lot at my apartment complex.
And guess who tried to drive through 10+ inches of water to get to class? Yup, me. Got to the end of it all and the engine stalled on me. Sucked some water into the CAI, and couldn't get her goin again. So I waited a few hours, got it cranked, blew out some smoke, and she has run perfect since. I did change the oil, but I feel pretty lucky that everything is running so smoothly after that little adventure.
Now I'm just worried about the opti, the car has 127k with original opti in it. But if I got it up to normal operating temperature all that moisture would have evaporated off the opti, right? She seems fine so far, anyway.

Keeping my fingers crossed for now...
