300miles (new motor)or so and just broke a rocker stud. Its an ARP stud hoping it was just casting problem, but if this has happend to others i ll just do a 7/16. Dont realy want to do a 7/16 stud considering i have a 3/8 rocker. Anyone have this problem? I am runing a comp pro mags 1.6rr.

 

I havent had that problem,I dont rev the hell out of mine either.Did you happen to over tighten one by chance?

 

the motor has not been above 4k till i reach 1500 miles. The machinest assembled the heads and the motor for that mater. When i was taking the stud out decided to do valve lash and noticed all where very tight!

I hope it was just a crappy stud
