Air pump..where do you stop???

Putting my motor together and did the air pump removal. Where do you stop? Got all the hoses and stuff atttached to it. What do you do with all the wires that plug into it and the wires that plug into other things from it???

The connector that plugged into the pump is just sitting there not attached to anything. I just pulled everything connected to it and put vacuum caps on anything that is exposed.

I only recall one harness. Maybe the others go to something else? Or maybe I'm lying to you?
