AIR delete, is it a TSB? legal for removal Califorinia?
I am replacing the water pump, wanted to know if I can legally delete the AIR in California? If so, where do I find the paperwork to back it up?

There was never an AIR delete TSB for the F-Body LT1. There was such a TSB for the Caprice/SS LT1. You have to tell us what kind of car you are asking about.
