Im saying i think he oculd get more bang for the buck from the LE setup in case he thought he couldnnt afford to go with a full port job. But maybe he does not want a full port job at all? Im just trying to help him out in case he thought he couldnt afford to go with a full port job and all associated costs. So everyone please calmn down. Im sorry to AI for calling it "halfass" thats not what i intended to imply at all. I was at work and trying to throw out an idea quickly as i had to leave the office.

There has been a guy that put down 412rwhp on those econoport heads and a GM847 cam. Thats as much as Lloyds LE2 packages make. Hardly halfassed. Trust me you get what you pay for. I suggest you look at what Ai does, and the parts they use vs the cheaper porters. You will see that your money is well spent.

Re: AI heads

I understand what youre saying Nasty Bird. But Truthfully, I have personnally seen a set of the econoports myself installed on a 355 with a CC306 that ran like a stripped butted ape!!! The same guy had a set of locally ported heads on the car before and it was nowhere near what it was with the Econoports!!!

Re: AI heads

Half-assed! Did you actually talk to Phil to find out what the "Econo-port" was? I highly doubt it. I've had my heads done by him "full assed", and discussed many things with him. I suggest before you come on here and call the "Econo-port" work as "half-assed", you speak to him to actually find out what the real deal behind it is.

Re: AI heads

Good to see it was just a misunderstanding. Good luck to the original poster. As long as you look at ALL your options, you'll end up right.
