Re: aftermarket Y pipe?

I remember there was a company called Stainless Works that made stock replacement y-pipes out of stainless steel of course and they had the option of having no cats. Frankly though, for the little gain that is involved by doing this, I would just save the money or just chop out the cats and weld in straight pipes. Otherwise, just worry about an aftermarket y-pipe if you ever do headers.

Re: aftermarket Y pipe?

I bought Y-pipe from SLP online a few years ago for $79.00 for stock exhaust manifolds.... It was a discontinued item for my '93Z.. Mandrel bent tubes and 1/4 bigger than stock....

Not sure if that what your looking for, but if it is, you might check them out..
