after my jet hot longtubes didnt prog pcm for egr air del...inside
think that could be my problem for what i been posting every where? ---down below is my problem
ok, first week of january i put my longtube headers on (and plugs), ran open headers as my every day car for about 3-4 weeks, ses light came on regularly but no problems that i could tell, had a burnt wire so i changed my wires. 4 months later, ive got my Y pipe on etc, and under acceleration not necisarily hard, it jerks like maybe lack of fuel etc, just jerks (stumbles) for fraction of second, but does it often under hard acceleration) and normaly after it does that SES light comes on (still does it with light on) but dont do it AT all when the car is cold, not at operating temp, i changed o2 sensor, then went out to test it, now im jerking jumping etc etc etc when car wamrs up and i mean its bad so bad i cant move it over 15-20 mph, car jerks back fires etc , i put clutch in and rev up, i had trouble getting it to over 3k rpms, it woudl jump backfire pop go down up etc like crazy...then ses light comes on, and it runs like it did b4, just the stutter now and then....so i change Fuel filter next, didnt do it, then MAP sensor, didtn do it, then coil pack, didnt do it, then MAF didnt do it , then PCV valve, didnt do it....im sure im forgetting something.....during the header install i broke the little shroud for the plug to latch onto off the temp gauge on the driv side of block, but i glued it back on and its still on there good (duno if that might have smoethin to do with it or not) ANY help apreciated, also had it scaned and "no trouble codes" showed...(that was b4 it started doin the crazy bad non driveable problem)

The OBD-I cars seldom even know the EGR is gone. 90% of the time, you won't get a light or a code for it. Even if it is gone, its not going to make the engine run the way you described it, as long as the block-off plates are correctly installed.
The coolant sensor on the drivers side head isn't connected to the PCM, so that can't be the problem.
Hard to believe "no codes".... if the SES light came on, the code is stored for a reasonable period of time. Who scanned it, with what? I'd suggest you get it scanned again. I wouldn't use the Mr. Goodwrench approach of randomly replacing parts, in the hope that you might get lucky and hit on the right one... that's an expensive way to fix things.

well i changed my o2 sensor, driverside, not pass side, thats when i got my first barely running problem after it passed the normal stumbling, would putting 1 new o2 sensor in and leaving other old one untouched ruin my new one? in other words do i need to buy 1 or 2 new o2 sensors...just 1 for pass side right? i woudlnt think it'd ruin the new 02 sensor i put in just because i didnt change pass side

This kinda sounds like a problem Im having after my long tube and dual install. Its no where near as bad as what you have described but the car does stutter some. Its like I'll be driving down the road and the car will stutter just a bit then it clears up and continues to pull like normal. Seems mine only does it at lower rpms though and not at WOT. I drove the car about 25 miles with open headers to the exhaust shop. I wonder if that messes with our cars?
Unplug the o2s and see how it runs.
Sounds kinda like what mine was doing when my opti went out.
You also might have not blocked off the EGR correctly. The plate might have fallen off the intake manifold. That will throw EVERYTHING way off. Just check that and see whats up.
