You might want to mention what year the car is, engine, etc.

A 200 shot!, Plus full Bolt-ons, Heads & Cam on the stock bottom

That takes big ones to try that

Honestly, I dont know how many passes you could reliably make with that kind of power on the stock bottom. The crank will hold it, the rods should, but them pistons are what I'd be concerned with. I think a 200 shot on a full bolt on HC car with the stock bottom end is a recipe for a disaster (Or a 383 )

If it was my motor, id be afraid to just spray at all on a HC stock bottom.

If this is a LT1/LT4 engine then...
As far as heads go I have LPE LT4 heads and I am extremely pleased with the way they've performed. I have a larger cam than the LPE 211 cam and am right at the 400rwhp mark, however I am dealing with another issue at this point (possibly valve float or ignition) that is keeping me from going over 400.
If it were me I'd go LPE hands down. I haven't seen, heard or read anyone getting any more astounding numbers with AFR heads/cam on stock bottom end than the norm anyway. And with AFR's past... I'd be uncertain about trusting their port work.
200 shot? I take it you are planning on blowing the motor up? If not then I'd go with something a bit more concervative like either a 75 or 100shot. Key thing to making it last is the tune. The only way you should safely put nitrous on your engine is if you have a dyno, wide band and a good tuner handy.

Re: Afr Or Lingenfilter?

Even at that, with a HC car i wouldnt spray more than 100 shot. Im questioning even spraying that on my LT1 car ...
