ad misfire on low rpms

1995 z28 6spd
i have this problem when below 2k rpms the car feel shaky if i give a full throttle. i know i have a bad egr and i had a miss fire because of that but it wasnt like that the whole motor and tranny starts shaking and feels like the tranny is gonna fall off. i cant put it on 6th gear i have to keep it on 5th gear on the highway over 2k rpms.
the wire #7 fell off the spark plug before and gave the same thing then few days ago it fell off again and i put back and still have the same problem
i checked the wire it was fine but could it be burnt from the header?

I did the same thing but mine was on the 6 and 8 plugs on the passenger side. I replaced both then realized I had a big leak. The factory elbow coming from the throttle entrance. Waiting for my aftermarket intake elbow to arrive off ebay so i can end these camaro blues.
