ac removal, whats needed?

ac removal, whats needed?

hey, in the process of building an engine for my car, i'm taking the asr, air pump and air conditioning.

what needs to be done to remove the air conditioner? thanks.
quick help is appreciated.

Are you asking like what type of belt is needed to bypass the AC? Just trying to figure out better what you are asking

i have my engine out of my car, and i'm not putting the ac back in, lines, condenser, nothing. what do i need to do ? like besides just -not put it back in-

remove the compressior, lines, condensior, dryer (SP on all ) and get this:

Uses stock belt. You can get it on ebay there or at the dealer for a little more

Here is my question regarding this. I am about to remove the A/C also and relocate the alternator. Is there anyway to retain the Power Steering while removing the A/C and relocating the alternator?

NO...If you use a shorter belt then they would touch each other on the PS pump.

I used a 1Le a/c delete pully on my car and it works great, uses stock belt size. Only problem that i have had is that somtimes when i go through a big puddle the belt will slip a little and cause you to loose power steering but not very often.
