well if your car's ABS has stopped wrking it might be that relucter ring
here's some sign that your ABS is dead at a stop your ABS seems to activate for no reason you could also check that your wheel bearing's are not loose

Your thread doesn't make sense. Please clarify. Seems to me if ABS wasn't working you could lock up the wheels. Remember the purpose of ABS to keep the wheels from locking.

Do you have any ABS lights on? If you do you need to get the codes. When you slam the brakes on a slippery surface does the low track light (not sure you have one in 93's) come on? Check to see what lights are in the instr. panel by turning the key on but don't start the engine and check quick before they go out.

Also check the simple things like fluid level and condition, pad thickness, pistons moving freely you know all the easy stuff. Do a little more trouble shooting and let us know if you need more help.

Well my brakes just aren't good at all and I noticed that my ABS doesnt work either. When I slam on the brake, the tires dont lock up but I dont feel any shuddering, and I didn't see any marks in the sand either. Sometimes I get a low trac light, I do have an ABS light but its not on. I was just getting an idea of what I should look for when I get to play with it, its to cold out right now.

Is your ABS iNoP light on?

You understand that the wheels aren't supposed to lock up when you slam the brakes with ABS right?

Any fault in the ABS system would easily trigger the ABS iNoP light. If it's not on, you don't slide when you slam the breaks, and you can stop, your ABS is fine.

Also do what badass383 said. Fluid level and condition, rotors, pads, and wear components of the braking system.

When the wheels slip and brake is applied, the low trac light means the system is working normally. Sounds like your system is fine. Go have fun.

Hey Ramair I used to live in South Jersey near Burlington How far are you from there?
