? about underhood relays and fan operation..

I dont know much about electronics and schematics and such, but I will try to explain this as well as I can. The problem is that when driving, my fans do not come on AT ANY TIME, regardless of how hot the car gets. I checked all the relays, and they are good. Right now I have a jumper run from the #3 fan relay to the ignition fuse just so the car doesnt run hot. This makes the fans come on anytime the car is running (or even in ACC). I know this isnt the best solution, though. It is only temporary. My question is: Why can I force the fans on with a jumper, but they will not work under normal operation? What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Shoebox's site

Best thing to do is search through Shoebox's site. There is some troubleshooting stuff for this.

Also, do a search for "fans not working." This brings up a lot of threads on the subject.
