will i have to get my computer reprogrammed before installing the TH350 and also will my drive line have to be cut, my tranny is a long tail, i was told it is about the same lenght as my 4l60E.

I have to ask why your swapping to a transmission that doesn't have 4th gear and isn't any stronger? I've got 700's/4L60E's in high 10/ low 11 second cars. One is an 11.2 second '97 T/A that's been in for over 2 years, and is still going strong.
