? about deleting charcoal canister

I've gotten rid of all my emissions equipment (air pump, EGR, cat) and the only thing left is the charcoal canister. Can I just rip the charcoal canister and hoses right out? Or do I have to leave some things connected or plug others? Is there any problems with doing this mod?

I think the tank needs a way to be vented and the EVAP system does this. If it is completely sealed off, I am not sure what might happen. If you leave it vented and you don't have the EVAP system to get rid of the vapors, it's probably going to make you sick of the smell.

I don't have a charcoal canister, so what I did (to make the pcm happy) was to keep the solenoid on the passenger's side next to the intake, and route the line that goes to the charcoal canister to the intake instead (so it's a loop). I'll probably have the vent hose on the tank goto the filler hose and use a vented cap.
