Unplug the connections to the coil and icm and clean the contacts the best you can. I have seen poor seals in the past cause corrosion from moisture. A free fix attempt anyway.

Cool Figured it out!!!!

Ok... So it was my opti in the beginning. Well in the mean time while i was changing everything out and running all of the test on my wires and coil and so on.. I took my icm to a parts store to have them check it to make sure it was good... (now this is before i finished installing the opti ) And they didnt have the correct plug for icm. They tried testing it with a different plug that kinda fit it.... Well as you can guess it burnt up my icm. Soo after I installed my opti and my car wouldn't start STILL. I figured I would try to go ahead and replace the icm seeing as how it was the only other part I messed with and it was just about the last thing there was to replace...
I had a smile form ear to ear i was so happy to see spark coming out of my coil!!!!! I hooked everything back up and put coolant in my car in about 5 minutes I was so happy. She drives like a Beauty now. Perfect.

ThaNks for all the suggestions and help guys.
