97 engine @trans in a 94?
The engine harness and PCM from the 97 needs to be with the engine. Unless you do the advisable and change it over to OBDI which is what the 94 had. The 94 has no provision for the CPK or the rear O2's or the second bank KS. They need not be connected.
OBDI is advisable since it's easier to mod than OBDII

Swap the motors leave the cps in place but disconnected. Swap the knock sensor.
Either use your crank hub and pull the cps reluctor from between the hub and crank timing gear or use the 97 hub and always be sure to put the reluctor back in place if you later remove it for any reason.
The 97 hub is slightly shorter to make room for the cps reluctor, the 94 hub is the same length as the 97hub+reluctor.
This will also upgrade you to the vented opti which you will have to make sure you get the wiring harness for.
To stay OBD-I, you have to use the 94 PCM and the 94 wiring harness. You will end up with several items on the 97 engine that have no connectors on the 94 wiring harness, including (as mentioned above) the CKP sensor and the EVAP vacuum switch. You just don't connect those.
The only problem you will have in conneting the 94 harness to the 97 engine will be the Opti harness extension, running from the gray connector on the bracket on the passenger side of the intake manifold, to the Opti. The 95-97 vented Opti requires a different connector than the 93-94 unvented Opti. You can buy a 97 harness extension from GM, or for about 1/3 of GM's price from Casper Electronics. Perhaps your 97 engine includes the correct harness.

thank you so much

There is no "second bank KS" on an LT1, unless it came out of a Caprice/SS or a Corvette. All F-Body LT1's only have one knock sensor, on the passenger side. The 97 knock sensor (100kOhms) however, is not compatible with the 94 PCM, so you need to swap the 94 knock sensor (4.5kOhms) into the 97 block.
Yup been there done that, there are alot more differences in the 94 trans than people think...not just the PWM solenoid either.
3-2 downshift is different, seperator plate is different. Harness in the pan is different.(Or so I was told)
I put a 97 model trans in my 94 car...I had 1st, 3rd and lockup...that was IT.
Frank at CPT fixed mine to work.
