'96 PCM pinout???
'96 PCM pinout???
Shoebox's site shows that its there but when I click its all '95.
My (96) colors are different from the ones on his site and I'm wanting to make sure that I wired up everything alright when I replaced pigtails. Prolly sounds stupid but with all the troubles I've been having, I want to make sure I didn't cross anything up....even though I cut and soldered in one at a time.
Anybody got it???
Thanks,
Ivan

I guess my concern is that the wires that I have going into my ICM are:
A-Orange..shouldn't it be red??
B-Yellowish...not really white
C-Black
D-Green
I wired in a new "harness" since I aced my clip that holds it in.
I'm probably being hypercritical, but at this point, my car is a paperweight and I'm grasping at straws I feel. I had put the new harness in and it seemed to run ok for a day then all of the sudden it wouldn't restart the next morning...
Thanks for getting back so fast Brother,
Ivan

There is only one wire from the ICM that goes to the PCM and that is the white wire.
For 96-97 ICM:
A=pink
B=white
C=black
D=dark green
Maybe you meant ICM when you posted PCM in your original question. It is correct that I don't have the distributor system schematic for 96-97 on my site (right now).

Yeah, I guess after looking at it again, the orange could pass for pink. All my wires seriously look faded to hell so that could be the problem.
I'm guessing in my situation, my PCM might be dead. That's the only thing that I haven't really tested much or replaced. It just throws me way off because the car was running great and then kaput! Both fuses in the cabin and the one (IGN) under the hood are all good so I can't think of what the heck else it could be.
Thanks 'Box,
-Ivan
