I can't remember what the 96 lt4 vette's redline was. I am taking my car in tomorrow for a dyno tune and I already know that he will not want to rev it past 6000. I am pretty sure that they were 6300 or 6500, but I can't remember. Since my car is an f-body, I have the same factory setting as an Lt1. I do have a 4 bolt block and have since installed better springs, lifters, and hardend push rods with the cam install. I would think that I could rev to 6500 with out any problems.

Ya, I went to LT4.com and got the information after posting this. I think I will be o.k. reving 6500 to 6700 now.
