95 z28 ENGINE INSTALL
I’m going to be swapping my 95 z28 motor/trans into another 95 z28 chassis
how do I make sure everything is lined up? Do I have to square the k member or should everything fall into place? Any input is appreciated!

Since you ask about "square(ing) the k member", can we assume you are dropping out the compete K-member/engine/trans assembly, and rolling it under the new chassis? If so, the ends of the K-member, where the bolts are that attach it to the subframe rails, have locating/alignment pins that fit into holes in the frame rails. Only goes together one way. After you are all done with the complete assembly install, have a complete front end alignment done to account for any variations in the chassis of the two cars.
