How do you know it's getting the proper amount of fuel? Put a fuel pressure gauge on it to properly prove fuel to the fuel rail. Failing fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator or a clogged fuel filter could be your issue.

Make sure your intake elbow tubing is on correctly and not cut or folded over on the bottom lip; if there's air bypass the MAF sensor it will cause your symptoms.

All of the intake tubing is on good, but it wont turn over enough for that to matter thanks anyway.

fuel pressure bleeding out

I found out my fuel pressure tester was broke. I borrowed one and checked the fuel pressure when the fuel pump turns on it goes to 50psi then when it goes off it goes back down to zero. When you turn the car over it just goes back and fourth from 50 to zero. Any ideas?
