94 z28 lt1 problems

hey guys i have just bought a 94 z28. it has a bad exhaust valve, leaking timing cover, possible bad opti, needs new front hub due to wear from front seal, also the 4l60e is very weak so im planning to pull the tranny soon. i recently droped the motor from the bottom on my 95 z28 and its not hard but just a pain in the a** with out a lift. i have longtube headers, cc306 cam,new opti, stock heads will small port work and PAC racing springs.

if i decide not to pull the motor how hard it is todo a cam swap with the motor in the car?

You probably already know all the steps to doing a cam swap, but there is just less room.

You should, yes. If you don't it's just because you have worn motor mounts....a jack under the oil pan will give you the extra you need. Just be careful not to crush the pan.

If you looked at the link, you also have to move the a/c condenser out of the way.
