94 Vette A4 and 95 Fbod A4 interchangable?

94 Vette A4 and 95 Fbod A4 interchangable?
Have a little problem...
Got a 94 Corvette 4L60E that needs to go into my 95 Camaro Z28. I can see the issues already... and need advice on how many more there are so I can correct them while the trans is out of the car and fixin' is easier!
#1. 12 pin vs. 13 pin connectors. I will reprogram my 95 PCM with 94 tranny table codes to take care of the missing PWM solenoid issue. OK!
#2. Tail housing on Vette A4 does not have mount for torque arm like my Camaro A4 did. PROBLEM! Is correcting this as easy as swapping tail housings? Is it a direct swap?
#3,4,5... What other differences are there that may cause problems? Please help!
