94 LT1 runs poorly when warm?

94 LT1 runs poorly when warm?
Ok, changed the fuel pump GM, filter, idle control valve, spark plugs and spark plug wires.
Still runs like crap the coolant light has been on for the last 2 months and the coolant is good?
After about 15 minutes driving it will hesitate during acceleration, rough idle, random engine surging when idling, and if i step on it it starts to chock and backfire?
Could this be the coolant sensor?
Im so confused and there is no vaccum leaks at all
