Question 94 lt1 low rpm bog down?

My 94 lt1 t56 bogs down in 1st gear. Twin disk Clutch is great and tranny is great. I'm pretty sure. Starting out in 1st if the rpms arnt higher then 2300 the motor wants to bog down heavily and then its like the power catches up a few seconds later. If I have it around 2300 or so before I start to let off the clutch and keep it up around 2300 it dosent bog down and everythings fine afterwards. Only started having this problem recently. Anyone have any clue? Thankyou.

Probably get better results on LT1 Based Engine Tech.... I'll move the thread there.

Can you provide details of the engine mods, if any? Steel or aluminum flywheel? Rear axle ratio?

Thanks. Well everythings stock except for a moroso intake, twin disk clutch, 3" flowmaster catbacks, b&m shifter, and 150 shot nitrous (never used it tho). Other then that nothing else done.

You have a McLeod Street Twin on a stocker?

Have you checked the inlet elbow for tears, or the bottom edge of the elbow not being on the throttle body? Have you scanned it for codes?

Is it speed related or RPM related? If it does this in every gear at that RPM check plugs/wires.
