A 93 LT1 uses a speed density fuel management system. From 94 and up does not. Also the 93 used batch fired injectors. 94 and up used sequential port.

You would have to add or change to a 93:

New injectors (since 94 and up fires once per 4 stroke cycle)

MAF (93's were speed density, 94 and up is MAF system) obvious harness needed for MAF

New air cleaner possibly (for addition of MAF)

Injector harness

PCM

New O2's and possibly the harness to go with them.

look at this post

Not sure if the benefits out weigh the cost or the hassle to do the change. Also I mentioned harnesses above as though they were different harnesses but in truth it may end up being only one entire (read huge) harness.

Most of items will be available at a wrecking yard which is fine until you have a problem with the new hookup. At that point you won't know what is causing the problem.

I put my 93 lt1 into a 94 body, so i made my 93 into a non speeddensity car. I would only change over if your car got wreaked or something, and the motor and trans was still good. You also need to buy a Massair, computer & harness, 94 IAC, and heated 02s.

If you still have the stock tranny in your 93, the transmission controls in the 94 PCM would have to be programmed out since your 93 tranny is not computer controlled.
