is there any differences between the 94 block and the 95 block? I know the timing covers,and opti are different but what about the block itself?

 

No difference on the block itself in any years in the 93-97 F-Body. If you have a block out of a Corvette, or a "factory replacement" block in an F-Body, it will have 4-bolt mains, but that is the only physical difference that I have ever seen.
