Help on 2 quick questions

Hey guys i got 2 questions..

1. I have MAC mid headers and the egr tube that comes off the passanger side rear primary that bolts to a egr tube from the engine may be leaking just a tad..its held together with 1 bolt but isint exactley flush...what type of high heat lube/goo/sealant can i use there to make sure no air is leaking into the tube thus skewing my 02 readings...as i said it is miniscule and im not even sure its leaking but id rather be safe than sorry...whats the best type of sealant that will not burn off, will not allow air in/out, and will adhere well?

2. I am in the process of putting on a hooker catback...to "hang" the muffler/catback as u all know i need to use hangers..now the ruber pieces are on the car and the hooks are on the pipes but it says to use the stock hangers and i do not have them anymore. Where can i get these? local exhaust shop/pep boys/AZ/napa? What r the chances a local exhaust shop would have stock 94Z28 exhaust hangers?

much appreciated

1. Use copper RTV sealent, put it on and let it set for a while, best if sits for 24 hours.

2. I doubt they will have "stock hangers" but they could fab up what you need if they are any good.

Re: Help on 2 quick questions

go to the dealer im pretty sure you can pick up hangers and the lil rubber mounts pretty cheap. if all else fails just the the ends off some 12" long nails and bend them, then weld them in to place
