93 PCM swap

OK, talk to me like I'm an idiot (maybe I am lol)
I have a PCMfor less program for my 93, in addition to the local tuner program that's now in the car. How do I switch them out?
(please note, I'm not totally retarded, the car came with these 2 programs when I got it)

Re: 93 PCM swap

our 93s have an ECM, you have to replace the cpu chip inside the ECM because all the computer info is predetermined on whatever chip you have in the ECM. What are you looking to "switch" out?

I know that, and it's under the passenger hood strut, but how the [EDIT] do I change it out (The PCMforless chip has the blue piggyback thing and all) without frying anything.
Remember I'm of of the LS1 set, plug in the cable and program away LOL
