just go here and go to the downloads section. there you will find someting called flash.exe which has worked great for me. it is a 30 day trial but all you need is 1 day so it would be fine. there are others out there that are not windows based like this one is but its easy to use and with win XP nothing else works. if you now how to use DOS on your computer then look in the same place for something called flsh.prog and read.prog. they are a little more safe for those using anything older than win XP OS but must be used in DOS only.

i dont see a program called flash.exe. i see a something called winflash. is that what your refering to.
what does it enable you to do. am i correct by assuming that you can flash a program in the pcm that some sends you??? even though i dont have tuner cat.
