I have a 83 Camaro 5 speed with the 305 which is trashed. I also have a 95 Chevy Caprice Classic that has a LT1. I'd like to install the LT1 in the Camaro. My only stumbling block would be the ECM and all the wiring required. My plan is to use everything in the Caprice (electronics) to run the LT1. Has anyone done this? If so, I could use a little help and or advice. A Helms Shop manual for the Caprice would really help out as I already have the FSM for the Camaro.
This could be a fun project. Thanks for any help.

Nobody seems to answer there. I guess this type of engine swap is history. Oh well.
