5v ref erence and distributor

Does the distributor supply the 5v reference contstant used by the PCM to feed the TPS? I am trying to isolate the TPS 5v constant fluctuation, and to do this I need to identify its source.

The gray wire for the TPS, with +5V reference comes from pin B28.

Here's the wiring diagram for a 95 (why not tell us what year your car is ).
