410's good in an lt1 m6???
My cousin just bought a 95 lt1 m6 with 46,000 miles on it and he wants to know how well the lt1 takes to the 410 gears because of its low end power. I have a 99 Z with 410's and it is great for the ls1 because of how much top end those things have. Will he even be able to hook up???What about his top end???

I agree w/ FireAm94.... If you have 4.10's you need to be able to make power @ top end or you could actually lose time in the quarter- mile. I love my 4.10's, and I hook really well on the street . The 10-bolt is holding-up so far ....but I have a T/A girdle & a solid pinion spacer as well
I like the 4.10's.
Had 3.42, 3.73, and 4.10's. The 4.10's were great.
This is on my old 96 T/A 6 speed with bolt ons which I sold to my brother. 13.3 @ 105 with bolt ons and 150K miles on stock motor.
