So where could I get another #11? It might be bad. Does anyone have a full schematic of all of the vacuum lines? I might have some of them wrong.

I got MSD wires, MSD coil, but everything else is new but stock.

There is a diagram of the vacuum lines on your radiator cover.

Actually, I got the LS1 ram air conversion with that radiator cover.

Alright, fixed that one EVAP code, wire was broken on the pigtail, still having probs out of the 1351, getting .600-1.5volts out of the white wire.

The 1351 will only be set during cranking. This voltage should be between 1 and 4 volts. The only way that line could be higher than that is either the ICM has an internal short, the ground was lost to the ICM, the (IC) wire is shorted to another wire that is carrying a higher voltage (like battery voltage) or the PCM has an internal problem.

That's it.

Start by checking the ground to the ICM

Well your saying it is 1 to 4 volts during cranking? On the white wire to the ICM? Doesnt take my car long to crank so hard to tell unless I shut down the fuel or ignition, should I do that? But while it was running it was .6-1.5v.
