Im going to be getting an amazing deal on the system and was wondering, will it bolt up to an LT1 with no to minimal modification?

I have a 3rd Gen Borla system on my car now. Fit pretty easily. Only difficult part was getting the bumper brackets to align, ohh and you have to use part of your intermediate pipe because the 3rd gen system is universal for all 3rd Gens. All you have to do is get everything bolted up measure how far up your int. pipe to cut and your set. Ohh and by the way how good of a deal did you get on your system? I got my brand new for 250 bux
