best way to clean TB and IAC

I am having idle issues on my 93 Trans am. with my PCMFORLESS chip in it idles at a steady 900 RPM and when I take the chip out it idle normal 5-600 RPM but it surges and when I come to a stop and push the clutch in the idle will drop down then surge back up and sometimes it will drop all the way down and die. I am wanting to clean the TB and IAC really good to see if thats the problem..

And on subject, Sea Foam Deep Creep seems to be a good product. I have no personal experience with the product, ive just heard good things about it.

So what's wrong? That's were mine idles and it runs great (900-1000). Is the surge gone with the pcmforless chip? I would leave it in or see what Alvin has to say if you think its a problem.
